Get to know Kairos Pharma:
For the Upstream community who may not know you yet, please give a short intro on who your company is?
Kairos Pharma is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that has developed novel therapies to overcome resistance to cancer drugs and reverse cancer-induced immune suppression.
What’s one or two of your biggest initiatives this year as a company?
Personalized medicine – Our companion diagnostic bioassay for prostate cancer patients determines the most responsive patients to our drug ENV105. This enables the efficient enrollment onto clinical trials and improves the likelihood of success of a phase 3 trial to commercialization from 55% without a companion diagnostic to 76% with a companion diagnostic.
What’s a recent trend in your industry that you believe sets up your company for success?
By getting our story out, we have increased dramatically the interest in our company and the breakthrough therapies we are advancing. The dual listing on Upstream streamlines access to this story by a global audience. This aligns with our plans to expand our lead drug ENV105 to several widespread cancers and to advance our therapeutics through clinical testing and commercialization.
Why should shareholders be excited about the dual listing with Upstream?
A dual listing on Upstream increases access to shareholders in foreign countries and with the potential for increased liquidity in the stock.
