Dr. Andy Le Gear, Horizon’s Chief Technology Officer, wrote and delivered the ISE Blockchain Module. The course is for 2nd Year, Block 8 students on the ISE course at the University of Limerick, April-June 2024.

The course was founded by the Collison brothers from Stripe. Stripe, Inc. the popular Irish-American multinational payment processing platform.¹

Dr. Le Gear has an equally exceptional academic background, having earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Ireland’s University of Limerick in 2006, where he is now offering this course.
